A related question: If booking online through the hotel website, where is one supposed to indicate that one belongs with Vidukon?

I'm not sure it works online.
From what I understand and Becca could confirm this, we have reserved 10 rooms where rates are guaranteed. Last we heard, there were still a few available. and I think the prices you'd find online are now higher than the block room rate you'd get if booking by phone and indicating you are with vidukon. So I would recommend calling to have the best rate available.
I'll redirect Becca to you question so she can confirm I'm not insane since she's the hotel liaison and knows all :)

I was afraid that would be the case, but I was holding out hope I wouldn't have to call anyone. Ridiculous phone anxiety is ridiculous. *smile*

Alas, the phone is what you'll have to use. :( Also the rooms are only held until 17 April, though as Alex said we think a few are still available.

If they have any issues finding the booking, make sure you're speaking to Reservations, not Reception, but as long as you're calling during business hours, that's who you ought to be speaking to automatically.
