Okay, so after great deliberation I've decided to upload a vid, but could I please quickly check something before submitting the form? The answer's probably really obvious and I'm just being slow, but the FAQ says the info provided in the form will be included in the program - is this true of all of it, including the email address? Just that I'd probably provide a different email address for being printed in the program than if it was there in case of queries or something.

Also just wanted to check that it's okay to put Vidder Name as 'Nancy Blackett' - it's the name on the vid but 'odessie' was the username I registered with. (I've ended up with 2 names in fandom, complete pain, long story.) Sorry for the hassle! :)

(Great idea btw, wish I could be there to see them on the big screen!)
