Last time we DID include "also premiering" vids, and I think we will do this again, unless this is a matter of not enough space on the DVD (but I doubt that will happen).
So to answer your question, yes, in both format in that case... which kinda defeits the purpose, so I'll let our techy person jump in and confirm this is the best option.
